Lighting the Burners (Piezo Ignition):

The control knobs feature a 'Push & Turn' ignition system for reliable startup.
- Ensure the LP cylinder valve is fully open.
- Push in and turn one control knob counter-clockwise to the 'HIGH' position.
- You should hear a click, indicating the Piezo igniter is sparking. The burner should ignite within a few seconds.
- If the burner does not light, turn the knob to 'OFF', wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the lighting procedure.
- Once lit, adjust the flame to your desired cooking temperature by turning the knob between 'HIGH' and 'LOW'.
- Repeat for the second burner if needed.
Preheating:
For best cooking results, preheat the griddle for 5-10 minutes on medium heat before placing food on the surface. This ensures even heat distribution across the 323 sq. inch cooking area.
