Setup

1. Setting the Time and Date

Your Fastrack Thor watch features a crown and two pushers for adjustments. Refer to the image below for component identification.

1. To Set Time: Gently pull the crown (middle knob) out to position 2. Rotate the crown to move the hour and minute hands to the correct time. Push the crown back to position 1 to start the watch.
2. To Set Date: Pull the crown out to position 1 (first click). Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the date subdial. Push the crown back to its original position.
3. To Set Day: Use the upper pusher to advance the day subdial. Press repeatedly until the correct day is displayed.
4. To Set 24-Hour Subdial: This subdial typically synchronizes with the main time setting. Ensure the main time is set correctly for AM/PM to reflect accurately on the 24-hour subdial.

2. Wrist Measurement Guide
