1. Important Safeguards
Please read all instructions carefully before using this product to ensure safe and proper operation. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Before use, check whether the rated voltage on the product nameplate is the same as the voltage you use.
- The power cord plug must be plugged in the appropriate position.
- This container is prohibited from being soaked in water to avoid short circuit of the internal circuit.
- User should watch over the product when it works. Do not leave it unattended to avoid accidents.
- Do not allow children to approach or touch the product while working to avoid burns. This product is prohibited to be used unattended, and the power cord must be unplugged when it not in use.
- In order to clean the pot, please add the moderate amount of water and pour it out after boiling when you use the product for the first time.
- Do not hang the power cordon the table or in contact with hot objects.

3. Setup

- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the non-stick interior of the pot and the steamer insert with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. As per safety instructions, you may also add a moderate amount of water to the pot and boil it, then pour it out.
- Placement: Place the hot pot on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the product's rated voltage.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Dual Power Control
The Audecook Hot Pot features a dual power control knob located on the handle, allowing you to select between two power settings:
- 350W (Low Power): Ideal for gentle cooking tasks such as making omelettes, ramen, or pancakes.
- 800W (High Power): Suitable for more intensive cooking like steaming salmon, frying, cooking hot pot, sautéing vegetables, or steaks.

4.2 Using the Pot (Cooking)
- Add your ingredients to the non-stick pot.
- Select the desired power setting (350W or 800W) using the control knob.
- Monitor your cooking. The non-stick surface ensures food does not stick, and the 360° annular heating base provides quick and even heating.
- Use the included silicone spatula or other non-abrasive utensils to protect the non-stick coating.

4.3 Using the Steamer Insert
The removable steamer insert allows for simultaneous steaming while cooking in the main pot.
- Ensure there is sufficient liquid (water, broth, etc.) in the main pot to generate steam.
- Place the steamer insert into the main pot.
- Arrange your vegetables, fish, or other items to be steamed in the steamer insert.
- Cover with the lid. The steam from the main pot will cook the food in the steamer, preserving nutrients and flavor.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper care and cleaning will extend the life of your Audecook Hot Pot.
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Non-Stick Pot: The interior of the pot is non-stick and easy to clean. Wipe clean with a soft cloth or sponge and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly. Do not immerse the main pot in water.
- Steamer Insert and Lid: The steamer insert (made of food-grade PP material) and the lid can be washed with warm, soapy water. They are not dishwasher safe.
