2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging.
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels.
- Check for any damage during transit. If damaged, do not use and contact customer support.
4.2 Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, clean the interior of the dispenser and all removable parts (lid, drip tray) with warm soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
4.3 Placement
- Place the dispenser on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Keep away from walls, curtains, and other heat-sensitive materials.
- Ensure the power cord is not kinked or trapped.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Filling the Dispenser
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
- Remove the lid by turning it counter-clockwise to unlock and lifting it off.
- Fill the dispenser with the desired liquid (water, tea, mulled wine, etc.). Do not exceed the MAX fill line indicated on the fill level indicator. The maximum capacity is 8.8 liters.
- Replace the lid and turn it clockwise to securely lock it in place.

5.2 Setting the Temperature
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V).
- Turn the temperature control dial to your desired temperature between 30°C and 110°C.
- Flip the On/Off switch to the 'On' position. The red 'Heating' indicator light will illuminate.

5.3 Heating and Keep-Warm Function
- Once the desired temperature is reached, the red 'Heating' indicator light will turn off, and the green 'Keep Warm' indicator light will illuminate.
- The appliance will automatically maintain the set temperature. It will cycle between heating and keep-warm modes as needed.
5.4 Dispensing
- Place a cup or mug under the tap.
- Push the tap lever down to dispense the hot liquid.
- Release the lever to stop dispensing.
5.5 Switching Off
- To turn off the appliance, flip the On/Off switch to the 'Off' position.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning or storing.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the lifespan of your dispenser.
6.1 Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Empty any remaining liquid.
- Remove the lid and drip tray. Wash them with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.
- Clean the interior of the dispenser with a soft brush or sponge and warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly, ensuring no soap residue remains.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

6.2 Descaling
Depending on water hardness, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the dispenser. Descale regularly (e.g., monthly or every few months) to maintain efficiency.
- Fill the dispenser with a descaling solution (e.g., white vinegar and water, or a commercial descaler) according to the product instructions.
- Set the temperature to approximately 60-80°C and allow the solution to heat for 30-60 minutes. Do not boil.
- Turn off and unplug the appliance. Let the solution sit for an hour or longer for heavy deposits.
- Empty the solution and rinse the interior thoroughly several times with fresh water.
- Run a cycle with fresh water to remove any residual descaler taste.
7. Troubleshooting
