2. Safety Information

Important Safety Instructions:

Starting a Massage:

1. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the foot inserts of the massager.
2. Press the Power Button to turn on the device. The LED display will illuminate.
3. The device will typically start with a default massage program and timer setting.

Adjusting Settings:

• Massage Programs: Press the Mode Button repeatedly to cycle through the 3 available massage programs (e.g., kneading, rolling, pressure combinations).
• Intensity Levels: Press the Intensity Button to select one of the 3 intensity levels for your massage.
• Heat Function: Press the Heat Function Button to activate or deactivate the soothing heat. The infrared light source provides deep warmth.
• Timer: Press the Timer Button to set the desired massage duration, typically between 5 and 30 minutes. The remaining time will be shown on the LED display.

Ending a Massage:

The massager will automatically turn off once the set timer expires. You can also manually turn off the device at any time by pressing the Power Button.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the lifespan of your foot massager.

• Before Cleaning: Always unplug the device from the power outlet.
• Outer Surface: Wipe the exterior of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
• Inner Covers: The inner fabric covers are removable and washable. Gently pull them out from the foot inserts. They can be machine washed according to their care label (typically gentle cycle). Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching them to the massager.
• Storage: Store the massager in a cool, dry place when not in use. Wrap the power cord neatly around the designated area to prevent damage.
