4. Setup

  1. Unpack the JOBYNA Neck Heating Pad and its controller from the packaging.

5. Operation

Power On/Off

  • The heating pad is designed for fast heating, reaching desired temperatures within 20-30 seconds.

Timer Setting (Auto Shut-Off)

  • The default auto shut-off time is 30 minutes.
  • Use the 'Time +' and 'Time -' buttons on the controller to adjust the duration of heat therapy. Each press changes the time by 5 minutes.
  • The adjustable timer range is 10 to 90 minutes.
  • The heating pad will automatically turn off once the set time has elapsed, conserving energy and preventing excessive heating.

Backlight Function

  • The controller features a backlight for easy viewing in the dark.
  • If no operation is performed within 30 seconds, the digital display backlight will automatically dim, but the heating pad will continue to function. Press any button to reactivate the backlight.

Cleaning

  • Ensure the heating pad is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
  • The heating pad is hand washable. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or dry clean.
  • Gently hand wash with mild detergent and cold water.
