Setup

1. Installing the Dash Cam

The WOLFBOX i03 uses an adhesive mount for secure installation on your vehicle's windshield. Choose a location that does not obstruct your view of the road.

1. Clean the chosen area on your windshield thoroughly to ensure strong adhesion.
2. Apply an electrostatic sticker to the cleaned area first. This allows for easier removal and repositioning without leaving residue.
3. Attach the 3M adhesive mount to the dash cam, then firmly press the dash cam with the adhesive onto the electrostatic sticker on the windshield. Hold for at least 30 seconds to ensure proper bonding.

2. Inserting the Memory Card

A memory card (not included) is required for recording. The i03 supports up to 64GB. Use a high-speed Class 10 or U3 microSD card for optimal performance.

• Locate the memory card slot on the dash cam.
• Insert the microSD card with the gold contacts facing the back of the camera until it clicks into place.
• To remove, gently push the card in until it springs out.

3. Power Connection

Connect the dash cam to your vehicle's power source using the provided car charger.

1. Plug the small end of the car charger cable into the dash cam's power port.
2. Plug the larger end of the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
3. The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle starts.

Operating Instructions

Recording Modes

• Loop Recording: The dash cam continuously records video in short segments (e.g., 1-minute clips). When the memory card is full, the oldest unlocked video files are automatically overwritten to ensure continuous recording. This feature ensures that the camera never stops recording due to a full memory card.

• G-Sensor (Emergency Recording): The built-in G-sensor detects sudden movements or impacts, such as a collision. When triggered, the dash cam automatically locks the current video segment (typically 1 minute) to prevent it from being overwritten by loop recording. These locked files are stored in a separate folder on the memory card.

• Parking Monitor: With a dedicated hardwire kit (sold separately), the dash cam can provide 24-hour surveillance. In parking mode, if the G-sensor detects a collision or impact while the vehicle is parked, the camera will automatically power on and record a locked video. APP Control and WiFi Connectivity

3. On your smartphone, go to WiFi settings and connect to the WOLFBOX i03's WiFi network. The network name typically starts with "WOLFBOX-i03-".
4. Open the WOLFBOX APP. You can now view live footage, browse recorded videos, download clips to your phone, and adjust camera settings.

Note: The effective WiFi distance is approximately 3-5 meters (10-16 feet).
