Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your PowerDrive PWD3000P inverter, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips. For detailed error codes and solutions, consult the full owner's manual.
- No Power Output: Check all cable connections to the battery and inverter. Ensure the battery has sufficient charge (above 10 VDC). Verify the inverter is powered on.
- Low Voltage Alarm: This indicates the vehicle's battery voltage has dropped too low. Recharge or replace the battery.
- Overload Protection: If the inverter shuts off due to overload, reduce the connected load. Disconnect devices, turn the inverter off, then on again, and reconnect devices one by one.
- Overheating: Ensure the inverter is in a well-ventilated area and the cooling fans are not obstructed. Allow the unit to cool down before resuming operation.
- App Connectivity Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the inverter. Restart both the app and the inverter if connection problems persist.
