1. Introduction

The Swissvoice Xtra 3355 Combo is a versatile telephone system designed for enhanced comfort and ease of use, particularly beneficial for seniors. 2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have the following items:

  1. Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the RJ11 port on the back of the base unit.
  2. Connect the other end of the telephone line cord to your wall telephone socket or ADSL box.
  3. Plug the power adapter into the power input port on the base unit.
  4. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

2.3 Installing Handset Batteries and Charging

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the cordless handset.
  2. Insert the 3 AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
  3. Close the battery compartment cover.
  4. Place the cordless handset into its charging cradle. Ensure the charging contacts align.
  5. Allow the handset to charge for at least 16 hours before first use to ensure full battery capacity. The battery icon on the handset display will indicate charging status.
