Safety Information

  • Do not look directly into the LED light when it is on, as the intense brightness can cause temporary vision impairment or eye damage.
  • Keep the headlamp out of reach of children.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the headlamp. This may void the warranty and pose a safety risk.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • While the headlamp is water-resistant (IP55), do not submerge it in water or expose it to heavy rain for extended periods.

Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the headlamp. Refer to the "Charging" section for detailed instructions.

2. Adjusting the Headband

The elastic headband is adjustable to fit various head sizes. Slide the buckles on either side of the headband to achieve a snug yet comfortable fit. The headlamp is designed to be lightweight for extended wear.

3. Attaching to Hard Hat/Helmet (Optional)

If using with a hard hat or helmet, utilize the included clips. Secure the clips to the edges of your hard hat/helmet and then attach the headlamp's headband to the clips to prevent slippage.

Operating Instructions

The headlamp features three lighting modes for the COB floodlight and a red safety light on the rear battery compartment.

Power On/Off and Mode Selection

  1. To Turn On: Press the Power Button once. The headlamp will activate in High mode, and the rear red safety lights will also turn on.
  2. To Cycle Modes: Press the Power Button repeatedly to cycle through the modes:
    • 1st Press: High Mode (COB Floodlight)
    • 2nd Press: Low Mode (COB Floodlight)
    • 3rd Press: Strobe Mode (COB Floodlight)
  3. To Turn Off: After cycling through all modes, the next press of the Power Button will turn the headlamp off. Alternatively, if the headlamp has been in a single mode for more than 5 seconds, a single press will turn it off.

Note: The red safety light on the battery compartment cannot be turned off independently when the front floodlight is active.

Charging

The SEVENKA LED Headlamp is equipped with a built-in 1200mAh rechargeable battery.

  1. Locate the Micro Charging Port on the battery compartment at the rear of the headlamp.
  2. Connect the provided Micro-USB charging cable to the headlamp's charging port.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, power bank, wall adapter).
  4. During charging, the blue battery life indicator lights will flash, showing the remaining battery level that needs to be charged.
  5. Once fully charged (approximately 4 hours), all blue indicator lights will remain solid.
  6. Disconnect the charging cable and ensure the charging port cover is securely closed.

Note: Please fully recharge the headlamp when the battery power is at or below 25%. If the light dims significantly, recharge it promptly.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the headlamp with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the headlamp in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. For long-term storage, charge the battery every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
  • Battery Care: Avoid completely draining the battery frequently, as this can reduce its lifespan.

Troubleshooting
