Product Overview

The REOLINK 4K Wired WiFi Outdoor Security Camera is an 8MP dual-lens camera designed for comprehensive outdoor surveillance. It features 360° PTZ capabilities with auto-tracking, 6X hybrid zoom, and smart person/vehicle/animal detection. With 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi connectivity and color night vision, it provides sharp, detailed monitoring day and night. This camera requires continuous power via an adapter.

Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your REOLINK Trackmix WiFi camera:

1. Power On: Connect the camera to the power adapter and plug it into an electrical outlet.
2. Network Connection: For initial setup, connect the camera to your router using the provided Ethernet cable.
3. App Installation: Download and install the latest version of the Reolink App on your smartphone or tablet.
4. Add Device: Open the Reolink App and follow the on-screen instructions to add your camera. You may scan the QR code on the camera body or manually input its UID/IP.
5. Wi-Fi Configuration: Once connected via Ethernet, you can configure the camera to connect to your 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi network.
6. Initialization: Create a strong password for your camera and give it a unique name.

Dual-Lens & Hybrid Zoom

The camera features a dual-lens system with a telephoto lens and a wide-angle PT lens, enabling 6X hybrid zoom. This allows for both an ultra-wide overview and a clear close-up view simultaneously on one screen.

Smart Detection & Auto-Tracking

The camera intelligently detects people, vehicles, and pets, sending real-time accurate alerts. Its 360° PTZ (Pan 355°, Tilt 90°) allows it to auto-track moving targets, ensuring no noteworthy moments are missed.

Full-Color Night Vision

Equipped with 8MP wide-angle lens and built-in spotlights, the camera provides 4K UHD sharp overview in color, even in dark conditions.

Remote Access & Dual View

Access live view and playback from anywhere using the Reolink App or Client software. The dual view feature allows you to see both the wide-angle and zoomed-in perspectives simultaneously.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the camera lens and housing to ensure clear image quality. Use a soft, damp cloth.
• Firmware Updates: Check the Reolink App periodically for firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
• Storage Management: Monitor your microSD card storage (supports up to 256GB) or NVR/FTP server to ensure continuous recording.
