Setup Instructions

1. Initial Power-On

  1. Connect the power adapter to the transmitter and plug it into a power outlet.
  2. Place all guest pagers into the charging slots on the transmitter. The pagers will automatically power on and begin charging.

2. Setting Pager ID (Programming)

Each pager comes with a default ID. If you need to change or program a specific ID for a pager, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the paper sticker from the back of the pager to reveal a small programming dot.
  2. Using a thin, pointed object (like a pen tip), long press the programming dot until LED 2 and LED 3 on the pager illuminate.
  3. On the transmitter's keypad, enter the desired ID number (e.g., '8').
  4. Press the CALL button on the transmitter. The pager will beep, indicating successful programming.
  5. To cancel the beeping, press the cancel button on the pager.
  6. Replace the paper sticker with the new ID number.

1. Calling a Pager

  1. Ensure the desired guest pager is charged and powered on.
  2. On the transmitter's keypad, enter the number of the pager you wish to call.
  3. Press the CALL button.
  4. The guest pager will activate according to its set calling mode (vibration, flash, or buzzer).

2. Calling Modes

The system supports two distinct calling modes to suit various environments:

3. Turning Off Pagers

To turn off all pagers simultaneously:

  1. Ensure all pagers are placed back into their charging slots on the transmitter.
  2. On the transmitter's keypad, enter 99.
  3. Press the CALL button. All pagers will be turned off.
