Setup

Unboxing and Initial Assembly

The Globber Ultimum scooter requires minimal assembly. Carefully remove all packaging materials. The scooter typically comes pre-assembled with the main deck and wheels, and the T-bar handlebar needs to be inserted and secured.

  1. Insert T-bar: Locate the opening at the front of the scooter deck. Insert the T-bar stem firmly into this opening until it clicks into place. Ensure it is fully seated and locked.
  2. Adjust Handlebar Height: Use the easy-to-use clamp on the T-bar to adjust the height. Press the button or open the clamp, slide the T-bar to the desired height, and then secure the clamp. There are 6 height adjustments available to suit different users.

Operating Instructions

Riding the Scooter

  • Foot Placement: Place one foot firmly on the extra-wide non-slip deck.
  • Propulsion: Use the other foot to push off the ground, generating momentum.
  • Steering: The Ultimum scooter features a patented adjustable steering angle control system. Lean your body in the direction you wish to turn. For tighter turns, adjust the dial at the front of the deck to a tighter setting. For softer, more gradual turns, adjust the dial accordingly.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the scooter with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Wheel Inspection: Periodically check the wheels for wear and tear. The high-quality PU casted material is designed for longevity, but replacement may be necessary over time. Ensure the ABEC 7 bearings are free of debris.
  • Brake Check: Verify that the rear brake functions correctly and provides adequate stopping power.
  • Fastener Tightness: Regularly inspect all screws, bolts, and clamps to ensure they are securely tightened. Loose components can affect performance and safety.
  • Storage: Store the scooter in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent material degradation. Utilize the folding system for compact storage.
