2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

  1. Read all instructions before operating the hand mixer.

4. Assembly and Setup

  3. Insert the stems of the accessories into the openings on the underside of the mixer body. Push firmly until they click into place. The beaters/dough hooks are designed to fit only one way. Ensure they are securely locked.

5.1 Powering On/Off and Speed Control

  1. After attaching the desired accessories, plug the mixer into a 220V power outlet.
  2. Start mixing at the lowest speed (Speed 1) by rotating the speed selector knob. Gradually increase the speed as needed for your recipe.

5.2 Turbo Function

Press and hold the Turbo button for an instant burst of maximum power, regardless of the current speed setting. Release the button to return to the selected speed.

5.3 Using Beaters and Dough Hooks

Ensure the correct accessories are attached for your task:

  • Beaters: Ideal for whipping cream, beating eggs, and mixing cake batter.
  • Dough Hooks: Specifically designed for kneading and mixing dough.

5.4 Ejecting Accessories

When finished mixing:

  1. Turn the speed selector knob to '0' (off position) and unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
  2. Press the Eject button firmly to release the beaters or dough hooks.

6. Care and Cleaning
