2. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your SINGCALL Tuya Caregiver Pager System:
2.1. Download and Install Tuya App
- Download the 'Tuya Smart' or 'Smart Life' app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
- Register for an account or log in if you already have one.
2.2. Connect Receiver to Wi-Fi
The receiver connects to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi router is set to 2.4GHz or has a mixed mode that supports it.
- Plug the receiver into a power outlet.
- Open the Tuya Smart app and tap 'Add Device' or the '+' icon.
- Select 'Others' from the device categories, then choose 'Connector (Wi-Fi)' or a similar Wi-Fi-enabled device option.
- Confirm your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
- On the receiver, long press the volume button (speaker icon) until the LED white light flashes slowly. This indicates it's in Wi-Fi configuration mode.
- In the app, select 'Blink Slowly' or 'Blink Quickly' based on the receiver's LED status, then proceed to add the device.
- Wait for the app to scan and register the device. This may take up to a minute.
- Once added, tap the '+' icon next to 'WIFI Caregiver System' to confirm.

2.3. Enable App Notifications
To receive alerts on your mobile phone, ensure notifications are enabled for the Tuya Smart app.
- Allow all permission settings when prompted by the app.
- In the Tuya Smart app, go to 'Me' > 'Settings' > 'App Notification' > 'Privacy Settings' and ensure notifications are turned on.
- In your phone's system settings, navigate to 'Notifications', find 'Tuya Smart', and ensure all notifications are enabled.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Using the Call Button
To send an alert, simply press the large 'CALL' or 'SOS' button on the transmitter. The signal will be sent to the plug-in receiver and your paired mobile phone.
3.2. Receiving Alerts
- Receiver: The plug-in receiver will sound an alarm and flash its indicator light when a call button is pressed.
- Mobile App: Your smartphone will receive a push notification via the Tuya Smart app, alerting you to the call.
3.3. Adjusting Volume and Ringtones
The receiver offers 5 levels of volume (including mute) and 32 optional ringtones. These can be adjusted directly on the receiver or remotely via the Tuya Smart app.
