Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your SANODESK Electric Standing Desk. For a visual guide, please watch the official installation video below.

1. Insert the Coupling into the Motor: Carefully insert the coupling into the motor. Ensure it is inserted in the correct direction as shown in the video (0:09 mark).
2. Insert the Motor and the Right Column: Attach the motor assembly to the right lifting column. Ensure proper alignment (0:16 mark).
3. Install the Crossbeam: Connect the crossbeam to the lifting columns. Align the three protrusions at the lifting column with the holes in the crossbeam (0:25 mark).
4. Install the Support Plates: Secure the support plates to the frame using the provided screws (0:35 mark).
5. Install the Desk Foot: Attach the desk feet to the bottom of the lifting columns (0:40 mark).
6. Adjust the Crossbeam: Adjust the crossbeam to ensure the frame is square and stable. The distance from the crossbeam to the edge of the desk foot should be less than or equal to 200mm on both sides (0:47 mark).
7. Install the Table Board: Place the desktop onto the assembled frame and secure it using the provided screws. A drill (prepared by customer) is recommended for this step (1:02 mark).
8. Install the Transmission Rod: Insert the transmission rod, ensuring it connects the motor to the other lifting column for synchronized movement (1:07 mark).
9. Tighten the Transmission Rod Nut: Use the spanner to tighten the nut on the transmission rod, securing it in place (1:19 mark).
10. Install the Keypad: Mount the control keypad to the underside of the desktop in the designated area. A drill (prepared by customer) is needed for this step (1:22 mark).
11. Install the Hook: Attach the accessory hook to the underside of the desktop using screws. A drill (prepared by customer) is needed for this step (1:25 mark).
12. Connect Cables: Connect all necessary cables, including the power plug and the motor/keypad connections. Ensure all connections are secure (1:30 mark).

Operating Instructions

Your SANODESK Electric Standing Desk is equipped with an intelligent 6-button control panel for easy height adjustment and memory presets.

• Adjusting Height: Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrow buttons to smoothly raise or lower the desk to your desired height. The current height is displayed on the LED screen. The desk's height range is from 28.1 inches to 45.7 inches.
• Setting Memory Presets: The control panel features four memory buttons (1, 2, 3, 4). To save a preferred height:
  1. Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down buttons.
  2. Press the M button (or similar 'Set' button if present, not explicitly shown but implied by memory function). The display may flash or show 'S-'.
  3. Immediately press one of the number buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) to save the current height to that preset.
• Recalling Memory Presets: Simply press the corresponding number button (1, 2, 3, or 4) to automatically move the desk to your saved height.
• Quiet Operation: The desk is designed for quiet operation, typically below 50dB, ensuring minimal disturbance in your workspace.
