6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No image/sound on Parent Unit. | Units are not powered on or not paired. | Ensure both units are plugged in and powered on. If still no connection, try re-pairing (refer to manual for specific pairing steps if needed, though typically auto-paired). |
| Poor image quality. | Camera lens is dirty; insufficient lighting; units are too far apart or have obstructions. | Clean the camera lens. Ensure adequate lighting for color vision or that night vision is active. Reduce distance between units or remove obstructions. |
| Static or interference. | Other electronic devices nearby; units too far apart. | Move the monitor away from other electronic devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, microwaves). Reduce distance between units. |
| Parent Unit battery drains quickly. | Screen always on; battery degradation over time. | Use power-saving mode (screen off). Keep the Parent Unit plugged in for extended use. Battery life naturally decreases over time. |
| Cannot pan/tilt camera. | Parent Unit not connected to camera; camera motor issue. | Ensure a stable connection. If the issue persists, contact customer support. |
