Preparing Ice Cream, Sorbets, or Frozen Yogurt:

  2. Pour the mixture into the removable inner bowl through the ingredient opening in the lid. Do not fill above the maximum fill line to prevent overflow during expansion.
  3. Press the 'POWER' button to turn on the appliance.
  4. Use the 'TIMER' button to set the desired processing time. The digital timer can be set from 10 to 60 minutes in increments. A typical processing time for ice cream is around 60 minutes.
  5. Press the 'START/STOP' button to begin the mixing and cooling process. The stirring paddle will rotate, and the compressor will activate.
  6. You can add additional ingredients, such as chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit pieces, through the lid opening during the last 5-10 minutes of the cycle.
  7. Once the set time has elapsed, the appliance will automatically stop. The ice cream should have a soft-serve consistency. For a firmer consistency, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours.
  8. Press the 'POWER' button to turn off the appliance and unplug it from the outlet.

Using the Hot and Cold Function (for Yogurt):

This appliance also features a hot and cold function, allowing for yogurt preparation. Specific instructions for yogurt making may vary based on recipes. Generally, the hot function is used for heating milk to the required temperature for cultures, and the cold function maintains the optimal fermentation temperature. Refer to your yogurt recipe for precise temperature and timing requirements.
