1. Introduction

The Emeril Power Grill 360 is a versatile 6-in-1 countertop convection toaster oven designed to enhance your cooking experience. 2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.

  • Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the cord, plug, or housing in water or other liquids.

  • Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance during operation.

4. Setup and First Use

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Remove any protective film or packaging materials from the appliance and accessories. Retain the packaging for future storage or shipping.

4.2 Placement

Place the unit on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides of the appliance for proper ventilation. Do not place the unit directly against a wall or under cabinets that may be damaged by heat or steam.

4.3 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, wipe the exterior of the unit with a clean, damp cloth. Wash all removable accessories (crumb tray, wire rack, air fry basket, grill plate, baking pan) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not immerse the main unit in water.

4.4 Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V AC electrical outlet. The display will illuminate, indicating the unit is ready for use.

5. Operating Instructions

The Emeril Power Grill 360 features intuitive touch controls and a rotary dial for setting temperature and time. The digital display provides clear feedback on current settings.

5.1 General Controls

  • Function Buttons: Select desired cooking mode (Grill, Air Fry, Roast, Toast, Bake, Dehydrate).
  • Temperature/Time Dial: Rotate to adjust temperature or cooking time. Press to confirm selection or switch between temperature and time adjustment.
  • Start/Pause Button: Initiates or pauses the cooking cycle.
  • Light Button: Activates the interior light for viewing food.

5.2 Cooking Functions

5.2.1 Grill Function

Use the top grilling surface for searing meats, vegetables, and more. Ensure the glass lid is in place during grilling to minimize splatter and retain heat.

  1. Place the grill plate on the top surface of the unit.
  2. Select the 'Grill' function.
  3. Adjust temperature and time as needed using the dial.
  4. Allow the grill to preheat.
  5. Place food directly on the grill plate.
  6. Close the glass lid.

5.2.2 Air Fry Function

Achieve crispy results with little to no oil. Ideal for fries, chicken wings, and other fried favorites.

  1. Place food in the air fry basket.
  2. Insert the air fry basket into the oven cavity on the designated rack level.
  3. Select the 'Air Fry' function.
  4. Set desired temperature and time.
  5. Press Start. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping.

5.2.3 Roast Function

Perfect for roasting vegetables, small cuts of meat, or casseroles.

  1. Place food in a suitable roasting pan or on the wire rack.
  2. Insert into the oven cavity.
  3. Select the 'Roast' function.
  4. Set temperature and time.
  5. Press Start.

5.2.4 Toast, Bake, and Dehydrate Functions

Follow similar steps for Toast, Bake, and Dehydrate functions, selecting the appropriate function button and adjusting temperature and time as required for your recipe.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance. Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

6.1 Interior and Exterior Cleaning

  • Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • For the interior, wipe down with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner designed for oven interiors.

6.2 Accessory Cleaning

  • The crumb tray, wire rack, air fry basket, grill plate, and baking pan are generally dishwasher safe. Refer to the specific accessory instructions for confirmation.
  • For manual cleaning, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before storing or reassembling.

7. Troubleshooting
