2. Setup

2.1 Battery Installation

The MEGACOM DuoMon requires two AAA batteries (not included) for operation. Follow these steps to install the batteries:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the device.
  2. Gently open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2.2 Initial Connection

To connect the DuoMon to your mobile device:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  2. Turn on the MEGACOM DuoMon using the ON/OFF switch.
  3. Open the game application on your smartphone.
  4. Within the game settings, select the option to connect to an accessory.
  5. Press the button on the DuoMon to initiate pairing. The device will connect automatically.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Automatic Capture and Collection

The DuoMon automatically detects and attempts to capture monsters and collect items from Pokéstops within range. This function operates in the background, allowing you to use your phone for other tasks without interrupting the device's operation.

3.2 Function and Light Description

Frequent Disconnection Bluetooth interference, device or phone glitch. Restart your smartphone and the DuoMon device. Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are causing interference.
Device not catching/spinning Out of items (balls), item bag full, storage full, or settings incorrect. Check in-game item count and storage capacity. Verify the automatic catching setting (White LED) is enabled.
No power/Device not turning on Dead batteries or incorrect battery installation. Replace AAA batteries with new ones. Check battery polarity.
