Overview

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is the direct sequel to the 2019 blockbuster Modern Warfare. This title continues the narrative with iconic characters such as Captain John Price, John "Soap" MacTavish, Kyle "Gaz" Garrick, and Simon "Ghost" Riley, as they form Task Force 141. Players will engage in diverse missions, from small-scale infiltration tactics to highly classified operations, utilizing new weapons, vehicles, and equipment across various global settings, including underwater combat and fortified base breaches.

Setup and Installation

To install Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II on your PlayStation 4, insert the game disc into your console's disc drive. The system will automatically begin the installation process. For digital purchases, download the game directly from the PlayStation Store.

Operating Modes

Single-Player Campaign

Multiplayer Combat

Engage in immersive multiplayer combat with a variety of new locales and ways to play. The game features 10 standard multiplayer maps and 5 battle maps. Movement in multiplayer is designed to be more grounded and slower-paced compared to previous titles. A new addition allows players to experience maps in a third-person perspective through a dedicated playlist with mixed respawn modes.

Special Ops (Co-op)
