2. Safety Information

  • Do not look directly into the LED light or shine it into others' eyes, as it may cause temporary vision impairment.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Do not disassemble or modify the headlamp. This may void the warranty and pose a safety risk.
  • Avoid exposing the headlamp to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  • Ensure the USB port cover is securely closed when not charging to maintain IPX4 water resistance.

The CIRYCASE B7-1 headlamp is an ultra-lightweight and compact device, weighing only 44 grams. It features a comfortable, adjustable, and breathable elastic headband suitable for both adults and children. 4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the headlamp. The integrated 800mAh lithium-ion battery takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge.

  1. Locate the USB charging port on the headlamp.
  2. Connect the provided USB cable to the headlamp's charging port.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter, power bank, car charger).
  4. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. It typically turns green when fully charged.

4.2 Adjusting the Headband

The elastic headband is adjustable to fit various head sizes, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.

  • Place the headlamp on your head.
  • Use the adjustable buckle on the headband to tighten or loosen it until it feels snug but not too tight.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The headlamp features a single button for power control and cycling through its 5 lighting modes.

  1. Power On: Press the power button once to turn on the headlamp. It will activate in the last used mode (memory function).
  2. Cycle Modes: With the headlamp on, press the button repeatedly to cycle through the modes in the following order:
    White High (200 Lumens) → White Medium (100 Lumens) → White Low (50 Lumens) → Red Steady → Red SOS Strobe.
  3. Power Off: If the headlamp has been in any mode for more than 4 seconds, a single press of the button will turn it off. If you are cycling through modes, you must cycle through all modes to turn it off, or wait 4 seconds in a desired mode before pressing the button to turn it off.

5.2 Adjusting the Beam Angle

The headlamp unit can be tilted up to 60 degrees, allowing you to direct the light precisely where needed.

  • Gently hold the headlamp unit and tilt it upwards or downwards to adjust the beam angle.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe the headlamp body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • The elastic headband can be removed and hand-washed with mild soap and water, then air-dried.

6.2 Storage

  • Store the headlamp in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • For long-term storage, charge the battery every 3-6 months to maintain its lifespan.

6.3 Water Resistance

The headlamp is IPX4 rated, meaning it is resistant to splashing water from any direction. It is suitable for use in rain or snow but should not be submerged in water.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Headlamp does not turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a USB power source and check the charging indicator.
  • Light is dim: The battery may be low. Recharge the headlamp.
  • Headlamp does not charge: Check the USB cable and power source. Try a different cable or adapter. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
  • Headband is uncomfortable: Adjust the elastic strap to a comfortable tension. The strap is designed to be breathable.
