Setup and Assembly

The Anda Seat Phantom 3 features a MagClap Easy Assembly System designed for quick setup. Follow these general steps for assembly:

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes on the five-star base until they click securely into place.
2. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the five-star base. Cover it with the gas lift cover.
3. Attach Tilt Mechanism: Secure the tilt mechanism to the underside of the seat base using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat base onto the gas lift cylinder.
5. Attach Armrests: Secure the armrests to the seat base using the designated screws.
6. Attach Backrest: Align the backrest with the seat base and secure it using the provided screws. The MagClap system simplifies this step.
7. Install Side Covers: Attach the plastic side covers over the backrest attachment points.

Operating Instructions

• Reclining Backrest: The backrest can recline from 90 to 160 degrees. Use the lever on the right side of the chair, near the backrest, to adjust the angle. Push the lever down to unlock and recline, then release to lock in position.
• Armrest Adjustment: The 2D armrests can be adjusted vertically (up and down). Locate the button or lever on the side of each armrest to unlock and adjust its height.
• Rocking/Tilt Function: The chair features a rocking function. A knob beneath the seat allows you to adjust the tension of the rocking mechanism. Pull out the lever on the left side to enable rocking, push in to lock the tilt.
• Lumbar and Head Pillows: The included pillows are adjustable and removable. Position them to provide optimal support for your neck and lower back.
