1. Setup Guide

1.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Upon opening the package, ensure all components are present. The box should contain your Motorola Moto G31 smartphone and a SIM tray ejector tool. Inspect the device for any visible damage before proceeding.

1.2 Inserting SIM Cards and Memory Card

The Moto G31 supports Dual SIM functionality. To insert your SIM card(s) and an optional microSD card:

  1. Locate the SIM tray on the side of your phone.
  2. Insert the provided SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press firmly until the tray pops out.
  3. Carefully place your Nano-SIM card(s) into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards. If using a microSD card for expanded storage, place it in its dedicated slot.
  4. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

1.3 Initial Power On and Basic Configuration

To power on your device for the first time:

  1. Press and hold the power button (usually on the right side) until the Motorola logo appears.
