3.3 Water Resistance

The BC 12.0 WL is rated IP54, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and splashing water from any direction. It is suitable for use in rainy conditions but should not be submerged in water.

    • Ensure the speed sensor battery is functional (if applicable, though the main unit powers the wireless signal).
    • Verify the unit is securely seated in its mounting bracket.
  • Incorrect Readings:
    • Confirm that the correct wheel size is set in the device's settings.
    • Check for any interference from other electronic devices.
  • Display Not Working/Blank:
    • Check and replace the main unit's battery if necessary.
    • Ensure the battery is inserted correctly.
  • Buttons Unresponsive:
    • Try removing and reinserting the battery to reset the device.
