6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Controller not connecting to Wi-Fi. | Incorrect Wi-Fi band (5GHz instead of 2.4GHz), weak signal, incorrect password. | Ensure your router's 2.4GHz band is enabled and distinct. Move controller closer to router. Re-enter Wi-Fi password carefully. |
| Sprinklers not watering. | Power issue, incorrect wiring, rain sensor activated, schedule not set correctly, master valve off. | Check power supply. Verify wiring connections. Check rain sensor status in app. Review watering schedules. Ensure master valve is open. |
| App shows controller offline. | Wi-Fi disconnected, power outage, internet issue. | Check Wi-Fi router and internet connection. Verify controller has power. Reconnect controller to Wi-Fi via app if necessary. |
| Overwatering occurring. | Rain sensor ignored/faulty, incorrect schedule duration. | Ensure rain sensor is enabled and functioning. Adjust watering durations in the app. Utilize seasonal adjustment. |
