Operating Instructions
- Filling: Pour your desired hot or cold beverage into the tumbler. Do not overfill; leave some space below the rim to prevent spills when attaching the lid.

Maintenance and Care

Troubleshooting
- Lid Difficult to Close/Open: If the lid becomes difficult to close or open, especially after filling with hot liquids, it may be due to pressure changes from thermal expansion or contraction. To resolve this, first open the small black flip-cap on the lid to release any pressure. Alternatively, wait a short period for the internal pressure to equalize before attempting to close or open the lid.
- Leakage: Ensure the lid gasket is correctly seated and the lid is securely fastened. If leakage persists, inspect the gasket for any damage or wear.
- Reduced Insulation Performance: If the tumbler is not maintaining temperature as expected, check for any dents or damage to the outer wall, which could compromise the vacuum seal.
