5.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Check Toilet Compatibility: Ensure your toilet is compatible with bidet attachments. The NEO 320 Plus is designed for most standard toilets.
- Water Supply Access: Verify you have access to the fill valve under your toilet tank and a flexible water supply line. For warm water, ensure access to the hot water line under your sink.
- Turn Off Water Supply: Locate the water supply valve for your toilet and turn it clockwise until the water flow stops. Flush the toilet to empty the tank.
5.2 Attaching the Bidet
- Remove Toilet Seat: Lift the toilet seat and unscrew the bolts holding it to the toilet bowl.
- Position Bidet Attachment: Place the NEO 320 Plus attachment on the toilet bowl, aligning the adjustable plates with the bolt holes.
- Reattach Toilet Seat: Place the toilet seat back over the bidet attachment and secure it with the original bolts. Adjust the bidet's position as needed for a comfortable fit.
5.3 Water Connection (Cold Water)
- Install Cold Water T-Adapter: Disconnect the existing cold water supply hose from the toilet tank fill valve. Install the Hybrid Cold Water T-Adapter to the fill valve, ensuring the rubber washer is properly seated. Reconnect the original cold water supply hose to the T-adapter.
- Connect Cold Water Bidet Hose: Attach one end of the 15" Cold Water Bidet Hose to the T-adapter and the other end to the cold water inlet on the bidet attachment.
5.4 Water Connection (Warm Water)
- Install Hot Water T-Adapter: Turn off the hot water supply under your sink. Disconnect the existing hot water supply hose from the sink's hot water valve. Install the Hot Water T-Adapter to the hot water valve. Reconnect the original hot water supply hose to the T-adapter.
- Connect Hot Water Bidet Hose: Attach one end of the 10" Hot Water Bidet Hose to the T-adapter under the sink and the other end to the hot water inlet on the bidet attachment.
- Secure Unused Hot Water Inlet: If you choose not to connect the hot water line, use the provided Hot Water Cap to seal the hot water inlet on the bidet attachment.
5.5 Final Steps
- Check for Leaks: Slowly turn on the water supply valves for both cold and hot water. Inspect all connections for leaks. Tighten any leaking connections gently.
- Test Functionality: Once all connections are secure and leak-free, test the bidet's functions.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your NEO 320 Plus, refer to the following common solutions:
- No Water Flow: Ensure both the toilet and sink water supply valves are fully open. Check that the bidet's water inlet is not clogged.
- Leaks: Turn off the water supply immediately. Check all hose connections for tightness. Ensure plumber's tape was used on threaded connections. Verify all washers are properly seated.
- Insufficient Water Pressure: Ensure water supply valves are fully open. Check for kinks in the water hoses.
- No Warm Water: Ensure the hot water supply valve is fully open. Allow sufficient time for warm water to travel from the sink to the bidet. The distance to your water heater may affect the time it takes for warm water to arrive.
- Toilet Seat Interference: If your toilet seat prevents the bidet from lifting or pivoting, adjust the bidet's U-shaped adjustment plates or consider a LUXE Toilet Seat for optimal compatibility.
