Using the Water Flosser

Lean over a sink and place the tip in your mouth. Close your lips enough to prevent splashing but allow water to flow from your mouth into the sink. Aim the water jet at the gumline at a 90-degree angle. Move the tip along the gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Clean both the inside and outside surfaces of your teeth.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Reservoir

To prevent mineral deposits and bacterial growth, empty any remaining water after each use. Detach the reservoir and rinse it thoroughly with warm water. For deeper cleaning, the reservoir is removable and can be washed with mild soap and water.

Cleaning the Nozzles

Rinse each tip under running water after use. For optimal hygiene, tips can be soaked in a solution of 2 parts water to 1 part white vinegar for 5-10 minutes once a week to remove mineral buildup.

Storage

Store the water flosser in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the reservoir is empty and dry before storing. The included travel bag can be used for convenient and hygienic storage, especially when traveling.

Troubleshooting

  • No water flow: Ensure the reservoir is filled and securely attached. Check if the tip is properly installed. The water intake tube inside the reservoir should be submerged.
  • Weak water pressure: Check the selected cleaning mode; switch to 'Normal' or adjust 'DIY' mode for higher pressure. Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged. Mineral buildup in the tip or internal components can also reduce pressure; clean thoroughly.
  • Device not charging: Verify the USB cable is correctly connected to both the device and the power source. Ensure the power source is active. If the issue persists, try a different USB cable or power adapter.
  • Unusual noise: A slight humming sound is normal during operation. If the noise is excessively loud or unusual, ensure the reservoir is properly seated and there are no obstructions.
