1. Powering On

The Divoom Pixoo-SlingBag requires an external power bank (not included) to operate the LED display. Locate the USB-A connection cable inside the front compartment of the bag.

Connect your power bank to this cable. The LED display will illuminate upon successful connection.

2. App Download & Connection

To unlock the full potential of your Pixoo-SlingBag, download the Divoom companion app. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play.

Scan the QR code on the product packaging or visit www.divoom.com/AppDownLoad to download the app.

Once installed, open the Divoom app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Pixoo-SlingBag via Bluetooth. The app will show "Pixoo-SlingBag" as an available device.

Customizing the LED Display

The Divoom app allows for extensive customization of the LED display. You can:

Troubleshooting

LED Display Not Turning On

• Ensure your power bank is fully charged and properly connected to the internal USB cable.
• Some power banks may enter sleep mode if the power draw is too low. Try using a different power bank if this occurs.

App Connectivity Issues

• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
• Ensure the Divoom app has the necessary permissions to access Bluetooth.
• Restart the Divoom app and try reconnecting.
• If issues persist, try restarting your mobile device and the Pixoo-SlingBag (by disconnecting and reconnecting the power bank).
