1. Product Overview

The ForPro Professional Collection Premium Compact Hot Towel Warmer is designed to heat and sterilize towels for professional and personal use. It features an 18L capacity, stainless steel racks, and a UV sterilization function.

2. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the towel warmer from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Placement: Place the unit on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
4. Drip Tray Installation: Ensure the water-drip tray is correctly positioned at the bottom of the unit to collect any condensation.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Heating Towels

1. Prepare Towels: Wet towels with warm water and wring out excess water thoroughly.
2. Load Towels: Open the warmer door and arrange the wet towels on the stainless steel rack(s). The 18L cabinet can hold approximately 18 facial-sized towels.
3. Close Door: Securely close the warmer door.
4. Activate Heating: Locate the 'POWER' switch on the control panel (Figure 3) and switch it to the 'ON' position. The unit will begin heating.
5. Heating Time: The warmer heats towels up to 180°F in approximately 30 minutes. The unit's insulation maintains this temperature without a thermostat.

3.2 UV Sterilization

The unit includes a UV sterilization function to keep towels fresh and clean.

1. Load Towels: Load towels as described in section 3.1.
2. Close Door: Ensure the warmer door is securely closed before activating UV light. WARNING: Do not look directly at the UV light as it can be harmful to the eyes.
3. Activate UV: Locate the 'UV ON/OFF' switch on the control panel (Figure 3) and switch it to the 'ON' position.
4. Sterilization Time: Allow approximately one hour for towels to be sterilized.

3.3 Alternative Uses

In addition to towels, the warmer can be used for heating hot packs, neck warmers, massage stones, and other similar items.

4. Maintenance

1. Daily Shutdown: At the end of each day, remove any unused towels, empty the water from the drip tray, and turn the unit off.
2. Drip Tray Cleaning: Regularly clean the water-drip tray to prevent mineral buildup and maintain hygiene.
3. Interior Cleaning: Periodically wipe down the interior surfaces and stainless steel racks with a damp cloth. Ensure the unit is unplugged and cool before cleaning.
4. Exterior Cleaning: Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

5. Troubleshooting

• Unit Not Heating: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet and the 'POWER' switch is in the 'ON' position.
• Towels Not Warm Enough: Verify that the door is fully closed. Allow sufficient time for the unit to reach its operating temperature (approx. 30 minutes).
• Excessive Condensation: Ensure towels are thoroughly wrung out before placing them in the warmer. Regularly empty the drip tray.
• UV Light Not Working: Check that the 'UV ON/OFF' switch is in the 'ON' position and the door is securely closed.
