Operating Instructions
Preheating
- Plug the waffle maker into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
- Set the browning control dial to your desired setting (1-6).
- The 'Power' indicator light will illuminate. Allow the unit to preheat until the 'Ready' indicator light illuminates and the unit beeps, signaling it has reached the optimal cooking temperature.
Making Waffles
- Once preheated, open the waffle maker.
- Pour approximately 3/4 to 1 cup of waffle batter onto the center of the bottom cooking plate. Do not overfill.
- Close the waffle maker.
- Immediately rotate the waffle maker 180 degrees using the handle. This ensures even distribution of batter and consistent cooking on both sides.
- The digital LCD display will show a countdown timer, indicating the remaining cooking time based on your selected browning setting. An alarm will sound when the waffle is ready.

Removing Waffles
When the timer sounds and the 'Ready' light illuminates, rotate the waffle maker back to its upright position and open it. Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always unplug the waffle maker and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

- The nonstick cooking plates can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn residue, a small amount of cooking oil can be applied to soften it before wiping.

Storage
Once completely cool and clean, the waffle maker can be stored upright to save counter space. The power cord can be wrapped around the base for tidy storage.
Troubleshooting
- Waffles sticking: Ensure the cooking plates were properly seasoned with cooking oil or spray before use. Re-season if necessary. Avoid using excessive batter, which can cause overflow and sticking.
- Uneven browning: Ensure the waffle maker is rotated 180 degrees immediately after closing to allow for even batter distribution and cooking on both sides. Check that the browning control setting is appropriate for your desired crispness.
- Waffle maker not heating: Verify that the unit is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check the power switch is in the 'ON' position. If the unit still does not heat, contact customer support.
- Power button issues: If the power button becomes stuck or unresponsive, discontinue use and contact customer support for assistance.
