  • Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use or during assembly.
  • Do not use with wet food, canned food, or treats. This feeder is designed for dry pet food only.
  • Regularly inspect the power cord for damage. If damaged, do not use.
  • Always unplug the feeder before cleaning.

Setup

1. Unpacking and Assembly:

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Attach the food bowl to the main feeder unit by aligning the tabs and pushing gently until it clicks into place.
  3. Place the food tank securely on top of the main unit.

2. Power Supply:

  • AC Power: Insert the AC adapter into the power port on the back of the feeder, then plug it into a standard wall outlet.
  • Battery Backup (Optional but Recommended): For power outage protection, open the battery compartment on the bottom of the feeder and insert three (3) D-cell batteries (not included). Ensure correct polarity.

3. Fill the Food Tank:

  • Open the lid of the food tank.
  • Pour dry pet food into the tank. Ensure the kibble size is appropriate for the dispenser mechanism (typically 0.2-0.6 inches in diameter).
  • Close the lid securely. The feeder features a secure lid-locking design to prevent pets from opening it.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview:

The control panel consists of an LCD display and several buttons for programming.

  • SET Button: Enters programming mode and confirms settings.
  • UP/DOWN Buttons: Adjust values (time, portions, meal times).
  • REC Button: Records or plays back your voice message.
  • MANUAL Button: Dispenses one portion of food instantly.

1. Setting Current Time:

  1. Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds until the hour digit flashes.
  2. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to set the current hour.
  3. Press SET to confirm and move to the minute setting.
  4. Use the UP/DOWN buttons to set the current minute.
  5. Press SET to save and exit.

2. Recording Voice Message:

  1. Press and hold the REC button for 3 seconds. The display will show "REC".
  2. Speak clearly into the microphone (located near the control panel) for up to 10 seconds.
  3. Release the REC button to save the message. The display will show "REC OK".
  4. To play back the message, briefly press the REC button.

3. Setting Meal Times and Portions:

The feeder allows setting up to 4 meals per day (Meal 1 to Meal 4).

  1. Press the SET button once to enter Meal 1 programming. The "Meal 1" icon and hour digit will flash.
  2. Use UP/DOWN buttons to set the desired hour for Meal 1. Press SET.
  3. Use UP/DOWN buttons to set the desired minute for Meal 1. Press SET.
  4. The portion number will flash. Use UP/DOWN buttons to set the number of portions (1-20 portions). Each portion is approximately 10g. Press SET.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 for Meal 2, Meal 3, and Meal 4 if desired. If a meal is not set, it will not dispense.
  6. After setting all desired meals, press SET to exit programming mode.

4. Manual Feeding:

  • Briefly press the MANUAL button. One portion of food will be dispensed immediately.
  • You can press the MANUAL button multiple times for additional portions.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Feeder:

  • Unplug the feeder and remove any batteries before cleaning.
  • Remove the food tank and food bowl. These parts can be washed with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
  • Wipe the main unit and control panel with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before refilling with food and reconnecting power.

2. Food Storage:

  • For optimal freshness, store dry food in a cool, dry place.
  • Regularly check the food tank for any moisture or pests.

Troubleshooting
