3. Setup and First Use
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials and labels from the coffee maker.
- Ensure all components are present: coffee maker unit, K-cup adapter, ground coffee basket.
3.2 Initial Cleaning
- Wash the removable parts (K-cup adapter, ground coffee basket, drip tray, and water reservoir lid) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth.
3.3 Priming the Unit (First Use)
- Fill the water reservoir with clean water up to the 14oz MAX fill line.
- Place an empty mug on the drip tray.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Brewing with K-Cup® Capsules
- Lift the lid of the coffee maker.

- Fill the water reservoir with fresh water (up to 14oz) for your desired brew size.

4.2 Brewing with Ground Coffee
- Lift the lid of the coffee maker.
- Place your desired amount of ground coffee into the reusable ground coffee basket. Do not overfill.
- Insert the filled ground coffee basket into the brewing chamber.
- Close the lid firmly until it clicks into place.
- Fill the water reservoir with fresh water (up to 14oz) for your desired brew size.
- Place your mug on the adjustable drip tray.
- Press the brew button. The indicator light will illuminate, and brewing will begin.
- Once brewing is complete, the unit will automatically shut off. Carefully remove your mug.

4.3 Adjustable Drip Tray
The drip tray can be adjusted to accommodate various mug sizes, including most travel mugs. Simply lift or lower the tray as needed before placing your cup.

4.4 Auto Shut-Off

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
5.1 Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the coffee maker before cleaning.
- Remove and empty the K-cup adapter or ground coffee basket after each use. Wash with warm, soapy water and rinse.
- Remove and clean the drip tray and silicone cup holder. These can be washed with warm, soapy water.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee maker with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
5.2 Descaling (Mineral Deposit Removal)
Over time, mineral deposits (calcium) can build up in your coffee maker, affecting its performance. Descaling should be performed regularly, depending on water hardness and frequency of use.
- Fill the water reservoir with a mixture of one part white vinegar and two parts water.
- Place an empty mug on the drip tray.
- Run a brew cycle without any coffee.
- After the cycle, let the unit sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Run several cycles with fresh, clean water to rinse out any remaining vinegar solution.
