- Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of each candle.
- Open the compartment and insert the CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Close the battery compartment securely.
- For the remote control, open the battery tray on the back and insert the required battery, ensuring correct polarity.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
Each candle has a physical ON/OFF switch located at its base. Ensure this switch is in the "ON" position for the remote control to function. To conserve battery life, turn the physical switch to "OFF" when not in use for extended periods.
Once the candles are physically switched ON, use the remote control to turn all candles ON or OFF simultaneously.

When the light from the candles dims or the remote control becomes unresponsive, it is time to replace the batteries.
- Turn the candle's physical switch to "OFF".
- Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the candle.
- Remove the old CR2032 battery and dispose of it properly.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Close the compartment securely.
- For the remote, replace its battery following the same polarity guidelines.
Cleaning
To clean your flameless candles, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse them in water.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Candles do not turn on with the remote. | Ensure the physical ON/OFF switch on the bottom of each candle is in the "ON" position. Check if the remote control's battery needs replacement. |
| Remote control stops working after turning candles off. | After using the remote to turn candles off, you may need to manually flip the bottom switch of each candle off and then back on before the remote will work again. This resets the candles for remote functionality. |
| Short battery life. | To extend battery life, always turn the physical ON/OFF switch on the bottom of each candle to "OFF" when not in use, rather than relying solely on the remote's "OFF" button. |
| Flickering effect is inconsistent or absent. | Replace the battery in the affected candle. Low battery power can impact the flickering mechanism. |
