Installation Instructions
Before you begin, ensure you have all necessary tools and have read the safety information. For detailed visual guidance, consider using the One For All Assistant app.
1. Pre-Installation Checks
Determine TV Weight and Size: Confirm your TV's weight is within 176 lbs and screen size is between 42" and 100".
Check VESA Pattern: Locate the mounting holes on the back of your TV and measure the horizontal and vertical distance (in mm) to determine the VESA pattern. Ensure it falls within 100x100 to 600x400 mm.
Identify Wall Type: This mount is designed for wood stud walls (up to 24-inch on-center studs) or solid concrete/brick walls. Do not install on drywall alone.
Gather Tools: You will need a drill, stud finder, level (one is included), measuring tape, pencil, and appropriate drill bits.
2. Mounting the Wall Plate
Mark Position: Determine the desired height for your TV. Hold the wall plate against the wall and use the included spirit level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drill holes with a pencil.
Drill Pilot Holes:
For wood studs: Drill pilot holes into the center of the studs at the marked locations.
For concrete/brick: Drill pilot holes and insert the appropriate wall anchors (included in hardware kit).
Secure Wall Plate: Attach the wall plate to the wall using the provided lag bolts and washers. Tighten securely, but do not overtighten.

3. Attaching TV Brackets
Select Screws: Choose the correct diameter and length of screws from the hardware kit that fit your TV's VESA mounting holes. Use washers and spacers if necessary to ensure a snug fit without overtightening.
Attach Brackets: Securely attach the two TV brackets to the back of your television. Ensure they are oriented correctly (usually with the hooks facing downwards) and are evenly spaced. The anti-scratch padding on the brackets protects your TV.

4. Mounting TV to Wall Plate
Hook TV: With assistance, carefully lift the television and hook the TV brackets onto the top edge of the wall plate.
Secure TV: Gently lower the TV until the brackets fully engage with the wall plate. The easy lock-and-release feature will secure the TV in place. Pull the release cords to ensure the TV is properly seated and locked.
Adjust Centering: The mount features an adjustable centering system, allowing you to slide the TV horizontally on the wall plate for optimal positioning after it's mounted.
Operating Instructions
Adjusting TV Tilt
The One For All WM5620 mount allows for a tilt adjustment of up to 15 degrees. This feature helps reduce glare and optimize viewing angles.
Unlock Tilt (if applicable): Some tilt mechanisms may have a locking knob or lever. Loosen these if present.
Adjust Angle: Gently push the top or bottom of the TV to achieve the desired tilt angle. The mount is designed to hold the angle once set.
Lock Tilt (if applicable): If your mount has a locking mechanism, tighten it to secure the TV at the chosen tilt angle.

Maintenance
Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.
Cleaning: Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
Damage Check: If any part of the mount appears damaged or worn, discontinue use and contact customer support for replacement parts or advice.
Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible Cause
Solution
TV is not level
Wall plate not level during installation.
Remove TV, loosen wall plate screws, adjust with spirit level, re-tighten. Ensure wall plate is perfectly level before re-mounting TV.
TV feels unstable or loose
Mounting screws not fully tightened; incorrect VESA screws used; wall anchors not properly installed.
Carefully remove TV. Re-check all connections: wall plate to wall, brackets to TV. Ensure all screws are tightened securely. Verify correct VESA screws are used for your TV. If using wall anchors, ensure they are appropriate for your wall type and installed correctly.
TV does not tilt or hold position
Tilt mechanism is too loose or too tight; TV weight exceeds capacity.
Check if there are any tilt locking mechanisms that need to be adjusted. Ensure the TV weight is within the specified limit of 176 lbs. If the tilt mechanism is adjustable, tighten or loosen as needed to achieve desired friction.
