Operating Instructions
Food Storage and Freezing
- Place food into the container. Do not overfill; leave space for expansion if freezing liquids.
- Securely attach the lid to the container. Ensure the vent on the lid is closed for airtight storage.
- Store in the refrigerator or freezer. The containers are freezer safe down to -25°C (-13°F).
Microwave Reheating
- Before reheating, ensure the vent on the lid is open. This allows steam to escape and prevents pressure buildup.
- Place the container with the lid on in the microwave. The containers are microwave safe up to 160°C (320°F).
- Reheat food according to your microwave's instructions and food type. The footed base helps ensure even reheating.
- After reheating, carefully remove the container from the microwave using the cool-touch handles.
- Close the vent before serving if desired, or keep open to allow steam to dissipate.

Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: The containers and lids are dishwasher safe. For best results and to prolong product life, place them on the top rack of the dishwasher. Alternatively, wash by hand with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge.
- Stain Removal: For stubborn food stains, soak the container in a solution of warm water and baking soda before washing.
- Storage: Store containers with lids removed or loosely placed to allow air circulation and prevent odors.
Troubleshooting
- Lid is difficult to close: Ensure the container and lid are properly aligned. Apply firm, even pressure around the edges until the lid seals. If the lid is still difficult, check for any food debris caught in the seal.
- Food not heating evenly: Ensure the vent is open during microwaving. Stir food halfway through reheating if possible. Verify your microwave wattage and adjust reheating time accordingly.
- Container cracking: While durable, extreme temperature changes or impacts can cause stress. Avoid dropping containers, especially when frozen. Ensure proper microwave usage and do not exceed maximum temperature limits.
- Food odors persist: Wash thoroughly. For strong odors, try soaking the container in a mixture of water and white vinegar or placing it in direct sunlight for a few hours after washing.
