Controls and Ports:

• Power Button: Located on the left earcup. Press and hold to power on/off.
• Volume Wheel: Adjusts audio output level.
• Microphone Mute Button: Toggles microphone mute on/off.

Setup

1. Charging the Headset

1. Connect the USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the headset's USB-C port and to a powered USB port.
2. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge provides approximately 40 hours of battery life.

2. Connecting via 2.4GHz Wireless (USB-C Dongle)

This mode offers low-latency audio for gaming on PC, PlayStation, and Switch.

1. Plug the USB-C wireless transceiver into an available USB-C port on your device. For USB-A ports, use the provided USB-A to USB-C adapter cable.
2. Power on the headset. It will automatically connect to the transceiver.
3. Ensure the headset is selected as the audio output and input device in your system settings.

3. Connecting via Bluetooth

Ideal for mobile devices like iPhones and smartphones.

1. With the headset powered on, press and hold the SmartSwitch button until the LED indicator blinks blue, indicating pairing mode.
2. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and select "Razer Barracuda Pro" from the list of available devices.
3. The LED will turn solid blue when connected.

4. Connecting via 3.5mm Audio Cable

For wired connections to devices with a 3.5mm audio jack.

1. Plug one end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the headset's 3.5mm audio jack.
2. Plug the other end into your device's 3.5mm audio jack.

5. Attaching/Detaching Microphone

The detachable boom microphone can be inserted into the microphone port on the left earcup for clear voice communication during gaming or calls. Remove it when not needed for a more streamlined profile.

Operating

Power On/Off

Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn the headset on or off.

Volume Control

Rotate the Volume wheel up or down to adjust the listening volume.

Microphone Mute

Press the Microphone Mute button to toggle the microphone on or off. The LED indicator on the microphone will show its status.

Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The headset features adaptive ANC to suppress ambient noise. This function is automatically active when the headset is powered on. Adjust ANC levels via the Razer Audio App.

Razer SmartSwitch Dual Wireless

The SmartSwitch button allows instant toggling between 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth connections. Press the SmartSwitch button once to switch between the two modes. The headset will prioritize incoming calls from a connected Bluetooth device even when in 2.4GHz mode.

Razer Audio App

Download the Razer Audio App on your mobile device to customize various headset settings, including ANC levels, microphone noise-cancelling levels, audio EQ, and auto-shutdown settings.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Wipe the headset with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Clean ear cushions gently with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, ensuring they are completely dry before use.

Storage

When not in use, store the headset in its protective case to prevent damage. Avoid placing heavy objects on the headset.

Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headset frequently. Charge the headset regularly, even if not in constant use.

Troubleshooting

No Audio / Low Volume

• Check the volume wheel on the headset and your device's volume settings.
• Ensure the headset is properly connected (2.4GHz dongle, Bluetooth, or 3.5mm cable).
• Verify the correct audio output device is selected in your system settings.

Microphone Not Working

• Ensure the detachable boom microphone is securely plugged in.
• Check if the microphone mute button is active.
• Verify the correct audio input device is selected in your system settings.

Bluetooth Connectivity Issues

• Turn off the Bluetooth function on your device for a few minutes, then turn it back on and attempt to reconnect.
• Ensure the headset is in Bluetooth pairing mode (blinking blue LED).
• Clear previous Bluetooth pairings on your device and re-pair.
