Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Power On: Connect the unit to the chosen power source (AC or DC). The digital display will illuminate.
- Select Mode: Use the mode selection switch to choose between High Pressure (for tires) or High Volume (for inflatables).
- Set Desired Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the target pressure on the digital display. The display can show PSI, kPa, or BAR; press the 'UNIT' button to cycle through these options.
- Attach Hose: Securely attach the appropriate hose and adapter to the item you wish to inflate/deflate.
- Start/Stop: Press the 'ON/OFF' button to begin inflation/deflation. The unit will automatically shut off once the preset pressure is reached (for inflation).
- LED Light: Press the light button to activate the LED spotlight or cycle to the SOS warning light mode.
Inflating Vehicle Tires
- Ensure the unit is connected to a power source.
- Select the High Pressure mode.
- Screw the tire air chuck adapter onto the tire valve stem.
- Set the desired PSI according to your vehicle's specifications (usually found on a sticker inside the driver's side door jamb or in the owner's manual).
- Press the 'ON' button. The inflator will start and automatically stop when the set pressure is reached.
- Disconnect the air chuck from the tire valve.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the inflator/deflator in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure all hoses and adapters are properly stored in their designated onboard compartments.
- Cord Care: Always unplug the unit by grasping the plug, not the cord. Avoid kinking or damaging the power cords.
- Filter Cleaning: Periodically check the air intake filter (if accessible) for dust and debris. Clean as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not power on. | No power supply; loose connection. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged into both the unit and the power outlet. Check the outlet for power. |
| Inflator runs but does not inflate. | Hose or adapter not securely attached; leak in hose/adapter; incorrect mode selected. | Check all connections for tightness. Inspect hoses and adapters for damage. Ensure correct mode (High Pressure/High Volume) is selected for the task. |
| Unit automatically shuts off prematurely. | Preset pressure reached; unit overheating. | If the desired pressure was reached, this is normal operation. If not, allow the unit to cool down for 10-15 minutes before resuming use. Avoid continuous operation for extended periods. |
| Inaccurate pressure readings. | Gauge calibration issue; improper connection. | Ensure the adapter is fully seated on the valve stem. Compare readings with a known accurate pressure gauge. If discrepancies persist, contact customer support. |
