4. Product Overview

4.1 Front Panel

The front panel features the control interface for selecting welding modes, adjusting parameters, and displaying current settings.

4.2 Internal Wire Feed Mechanism

5. Setup

5.1 Power Connection

5.2 MIG Gas Welding Setup (GMAW)

For Gas MIG welding, connect the gas hose to the welder's gas inlet and to your shielding gas cylinder. Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free.

5.3 Gasless Flux Core Welding Setup (FCAW)

For Gasless Flux Core welding, no external shielding gas is required. Ensure the correct polarity is set on the machine (DCEN).

5.4 Lift TIG Welding Setup

For Lift TIG welding, connect the TIG torch and ensure the correct polarity (DCEN). A separate TIG torch is required and not included in the standard package.

5.5 Stick Welding Setup (MMA)

For Stick welding, connect the electrode holder and earth clamp. Ensure correct polarity (DCEP).

6. Operating Instructions
