Utilizing low-frequency pulse technology, it offers 10 distinct massage modes and 15 intensity levels, along with a soothing 107.6°F (42°C) heat function to promote blood circulation and relaxation. Its U-shaped, cordless, and lightweight design ensures a comfortable and portable experience, suitable for various body types and environments.

2. Safety Information

Please read all safety instructions carefully before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the device.

• 3.2. TENS & EMS Pulse Technology

  Utilizes low-frequency pulse transdermal conduction to stimulate nerve cells. TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) provides pain relief, while EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) offers deep tissue massage, effectively relaxing neck muscles and promoting blood circulation.

• 3.3. Heating Function (107.6°F / 42°C)

  Equipped with a constant temperature hot compress at 107.6°F (42°C) to relax blood vessels, soothe muscles and bones, accelerate blood circulation, and alleviate neck pains. This feature can be activated via the remote control.

• 3.5. 15-Minute Auto Shut-off

  For safety and convenience, the massager is programmed with a 15-minute auto shut-off function. This prevents excessive use and ensures safety, especially if you fall asleep during a massage session.

4. Setup

Before your first use, please follow these setup steps:

1. Initial Charging: The first charge should be for more than 4 hours. Connect the massager to a power source using the provided USB charging cable. The red light will be on during charging and will turn off when fully charged.

2. Prepare Skin: Before each use, moisten your neck skin or the electrode pads with a wet towel, gel, or cream for better massage conductivity and experience. This is crucial for the pulse function to work effectively.

3. Positioning: Place the U-shaped massager around your neck, ensuring the two metal electrode pads are in firm and direct contact with your skin. Adjust the angle for a comfortable and effective fit.

5. Operating Instructions

The massager can be operated using the buttons on the device or the included mini remote control.

1. Power On: Press and hold the On/Off/Mode button on the neck massager for 2 seconds to turn it on. The device must be turned on first for the remote control to function.
2. Using the Remote Control: Once the massager is on, you can use the remote control to adjust settings.
   • Press the On/Off/Mode button to switch between massage modes.
   • Press the + button to increase intensity.
   • Press the - button to decrease intensity.
   • Press the Heat button (wavy lines icon) to switch heating mode on or off.
3. Using Device Buttons:
   • Press the On/Off/Mode button to turn on/off or switch massage modes.
   • Press the + button to increase pulse intensity.
   • Press the - button to decrease pulse intensity.
4. Automatic Shut-off: The massager will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of continuous operation. This is a safety feature to prevent overheating and over-massage.
5. Power Off: To manually turn off the device, press and hold the On/Off/Mode button on the neck massager or the remote control for 2 seconds.

Proper care and maintenance will extend the lifespan of your neck massager.
