Safety Instructions

• Ensure the power supply matches the pump's voltage (DC 12V).
• This pump is designed for submersible use only. Do not operate the pump dry (without water). Dry running can cause damage.
• Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or installation.
• Do not lift the pump by its power cord.
• Keep children and pets away from the pump and water feature during operation.
• Ensure all electrical connections are secure and protected from water.
• The pump is sealed with epoxy resin technology and has a waterproof rating of IPX8. The maximum diving depth is 1 meter.

Setup Instructions

1. Attach Filter Screen: Connect the provided filter screen to the pump's inlet. Ensure it is securely attached to prevent debris from entering the pump.
2. Connect Hose: Attach the desired hose to the pump's outlet. Use the included hose clamp with a handle to tighten the connection, ensuring no leaks.
3. Position the Pump: Place the pump fully submerged in the water. Ensure it rests on a stable surface and is not obstructed. The pump is designed for submersible installation.
4. Connect Power: Connect the DC 12V power cable to a compatible power source. Ensure the power source is appropriate for the pump's voltage and wattage requirements.

Operating Instructions

• Before powering on, ensure the pump is completely submerged in water. This is a non-self-priming pump and must not be operated dry.
• Connect the pump to a stable DC 12V power supply.
• The pump will begin to circulate water. Monitor the water flow to ensure proper operation.
• For optimal performance, ensure the water inlet and outlet are free from obstructions.
• When not in use, disconnect the power supply.

Maintenance

1. Filter Cleaning: Periodically remove and clean the filter screen to prevent blockages from debris. A clogged filter reduces pump efficiency and can lead to damage.
2. Pump Cleaning: If the pump's performance decreases, disconnect power and remove the pump from the water. Inspect the impeller area for any debris or mineral buildup and clean thoroughly.
3. Winterization: In freezing conditions, remove the pump from the water and store it in a frost-free location to prevent damage.
