2. Setup Instructions
Before first use, please follow these steps to ensure proper functionality:
- Unpack the Filter: The air filter is pre-installed but wrapped in plastic for protection. Turn the unit upside down, twist the base counter-clockwise to unlock, and remove the filter. Remove all plastic packaging from the filter.
- Insert the Filter: Place the unwrapped filter back into the unit. Ensure it is seated correctly.
- Secure the Base: Reattach the base by aligning it and twisting clockwise until it locks securely.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the air purifier's port and then into a suitable power outlet.

3. Operating Instructions
The MORENTO HY1800 features intuitive one-button control for ease of use.

- Power On/Off: Press the power button once to turn the unit on. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn it off.
- Fan Speed Adjustment: After powering on, press the power button repeatedly to cycle through fan speeds: Sleep Mode (quietest), Low Speed, High Speed.
- Timer Function: To set a 4-hour timer, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds while the unit is running. The unit will automatically shut off after 4 hours.
- Sleep Mode: This mode operates at the lowest fan speed (24dB) and dims the indicator lights for an undisturbed environment.
- Aromatherapy: Locate the aroma pad compartment on the top of the unit. Open the cap and add 2-3 drops of your preferred essential oil (not included) to the pad. Close the cap. The purifier will then diffuse the scent as it operates.

4. Filtration System
The MORENTO HY1800 utilizes a 3-stage filtration system to capture various airborne pollutants:
- Pre-Filter: Captures larger particles such as dust, lint, and pet dander.
- H13 True HEPA Filter: Traps 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, mold spores, and fine dust.
- High-Efficiency Activated Carbon Filter: Absorbs odors from pets, cooking, smoke, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

5. Maintenance
Filter Replacement
The filter element is located inside the air purifier. A red indicator light will illuminate on the control panel when it's time to replace the filter (approximately every 2000 hours of use, or 3-6 months depending on air quality and usage).
- Turn off and unplug the air purifier.
- Turn the unit upside down.
- Twist the base counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
- Carefully remove the old filter.
- Insert a new MORENTO HY1800 replacement filter (ensure all packaging is removed).
- Replace the base and twist clockwise to lock.
- Plug in the air purifier and press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to reset the filter indicator.

Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- The pre-filter can be gently vacuumed to remove larger debris between replacements.
