Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Beper P206VEN350 fan.
Cleaning the Fan:
- Always unplug the fan from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the fan. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the finish.
- For hard-to-reach areas, such as air intake vents, use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust.
- Ensure no water or liquids enter the internal components of the fan.
- Allow the fan to dry completely before plugging it back in.
Active Carbon Filter Maintenance:
The active carbon filter should be checked and cleaned periodically, depending on usage and air quality. Refer to the filter compartment for specific instructions on removal and reinstallation.
- Cleaning: Gently vacuum the filter to remove accumulated dust and debris. Do not wash the active carbon filter with water, as this can damage its purification properties.
- Replacement: The active carbon filter has a limited lifespan. If you notice a decrease in purification effectiveness or persistent odors, it may be time to replace the filter. Contact Beper customer support or an authorized dealer for replacement filters.
Storage:
When not in use for extended periods, store the fan in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from dust and damage.
