- Install Ceiling Mounting Bracket: Securely attach the ceiling mounting bracket to the ceiling electrical box. Ensure it is firmly fixed to support the fan's weight.
- Install the Downrod: Select the appropriate downrod length (5", 10", or 24" included). Feed the electrical wires from the motor through the downrod. Insert the downrod into the motor assembly and secure it with the cross pin and cotter pin. Tighten the set screws to ensure stability.
- Install Canopy Dome: Slide the yoke cover and then the canopy dome over the downrod, ensuring the wires pass through. These will cover the electrical connections and mounting bracket once the fan is installed on the ceiling.
- Install Remote Control Receiver: Connect the receiver wires to the corresponding wires from the ceiling and the fan motor. Typically, brown is live and blue is neutral for the receiver.
- Connect Electrical Wires: With power OFF, connect the fan's electrical wires to the household wiring using wire caps. Connect live to live, neutral to neutral, and ground to ground.
- Install Fan Blades: Attach each of the three solid wood fan blades to the motor housing using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.
