Important Safety Information
- Always consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program.
- Ensure the safety key is properly attached to your clothing before operating the treadmill. The machine will stop if the safety key is disengaged.
- Keep children and pets away from the treadmill during operation.
- Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface with adequate clearance around it.
- Do not use the treadmill if it is damaged or malfunctioning.
- Maximum user weight: 220 lbs (100 kg).
Setup Instructions
- Unboxing and Placement: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface.
- Secure Footpad: Lay the treadmill flat. Secure the footpad by tightening the screws on both sides using the provided tools.
- Raise Upright Tubes: Loosen the risers slightly using the Allen wrench. Lift the upright tubes into the desired position.
- Fold Handrail: Fold the handrail down until it clicks into place. Secure the upright tubes by tightening the screws.
- Attach Tabletop (Optional): If using the desktop feature, attach the acrylic tabletop to the designated slots on the handrail.
- Connect Safety Lock and Power: Attach the safety lock to the designated area on the treadmill. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Exercise Modes and Speed Adjustment
The GYMAX Walking Pad Treadmill offers three primary exercise modes: walking, jogging, and running. Speed can be adjusted using the remote control or the control panel buttons.
- Walking Mode: 0.5-1.5 MPH
- Jogging Mode: 0.5-4 MPH
- Running Mode: 0.5-7.5 MPH

Remote Control and Control Panel
The treadmill can be controlled via the included remote or the integrated control panel. The remote allows for easy speed adjustments on the fly. The control panel features an LED display to track your workout data.

- Speed Adjustment: Use '+' and '-' buttons on the remote or control panel.
- Pairing Remote: Press the deceleration and 'M' buttons on the remote for 3 seconds to pair. A blinking light indicates successful pairing.

The treadmill includes 12 preset training programs to vary your workout intensity. The built-in LED display tracks speed, distance, time, calories, and steps.

- 3 Countdown Modes: Time (5-99 minutes), Distance (1-99 miles), Calories (20-990 Kcal).
