Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or inserts. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
  2. Placement: Place the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 6 inches) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place the oven directly against a wall or under cabinets.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe down the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash the air fry basket, baking pan, wire rack, and crumb tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  4. First Use (Burn-Off): It is recommended to run the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) before first use. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this initial burn-off.
  5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

  2. Adjust Settings: Use the "Temp/Time" knob to set the temperature and cooking time. Press the center of this knob to toggle between adjusting temperature and time. For Toast/Bagel functions, this knob adjusts the "Shade" level. Temperature adjustments are typically in 25-degree increments.
  3. Preheat (if applicable): For most oven functions, the oven will begin preheating once settings are selected. The LCD will display "PREHEATING".
  4. Start Cooking: Once the oven reaches the set temperature, it will beep. For some functions, you will need to press the "START" button again to begin the cooking timer. Alternatively, pressing "START" twice at the beginning of the cycle will initiate the timer immediately after preheating is complete.
  5. Monitor Cooking: Use the built-in interior light to monitor food without opening the doors. Press the "LIGHT" button to turn it on; it will automatically turn off after 10 seconds or can be turned off manually.
  6. End of Cycle: The oven will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Press "CANCEL" to stop cooking at any time.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your oven.

  1. Before Cleaning: Always unplug the oven from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Crumb Tray: The removable crumb tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards. Slide out the tray, discard crumbs, and wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Interior: Wipe the interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaner designed for oven interiors can be used. Avoid using abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that could damage the non-stick coating.
  4. Exterior: Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as they may scratch the finish.
  5. Accessories: The air fry basket, baking pan, and wire rack can be washed with warm, soapy water. For baked-on food, soak them in hot, soapy water before scrubbing.
  6. Heating Elements: Do not attempt to clean the heating elements. Any food residue on the elements will burn off during operation.
