4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Starting the Compressor
- Ensure the compressor is securely mounted and connected to a proper power source.
- Press the On/Off button to the "On" position. The compressor will begin to build pressure in the 2-liter tank.
- Monitor the pressure gauge to observe the pressure build-up. The compressor will automatically shut off once the maximum pressure of 8 Bar is reached.
4.2 Using the Hose and Air Tools
- Pull out the desired length of the 9-meter hose from the integrated reel.
- Connect your air tool to the quick-connect fitting at the end of the hose.
- Operate your air tool as per its specific instructions. The compressor will cycle on and off automatically to maintain pressure as needed.
- After use, disconnect the air tool and gently guide the hose back into the reel for neat storage.
4.3 Stopping the Compressor
Press the On/Off button to the "Off" position to turn off the compressor. Disconnect from the power supply when not in use for extended periods.

6. Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their potential solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor does not start. | No power supply; On/Off switch is off; Thermal overload activated. | Check power connection and outlet; Ensure switch is "On"; Allow compressor to cool down, then restart. |
| Low or no air pressure. | Air leak in hose or connections; Tank not fully pressurized; Tool requires more air than compressor can supply. | Check all connections for leaks; Allow compressor to reach max pressure; Use appropriate tools for compressor capacity. |
| Compressor runs continuously. | Air leak in system; Pressure switch malfunction. | Check for air leaks; If problem persists, contact qualified service personnel. |
| Excessive noise or vibration. | Loose components; Compressor not securely mounted. | Check and tighten all fasteners; Ensure compressor is firmly mounted to the wall. |
