- Fill the glass kettle with water up to the "MAX WATER 1.7L" line.
- Ensure the tea infuser is empty and correctly placed.
- Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the "Hot Water" button. The kettle will heat water to 212°F (100°C).
- Once the cycle is complete, carefully discard the hot water.
- Allow the kettle to cool before proceeding.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel Overview

- Delayed Start: Sets a timer for delayed brewing.
- Hot Water: Heats water to 212°F (100°C) without infusing tea.
- Tea Types: Cycles through preset tea types (Green, Herbal, White, Black, Oolong, Custom).
- Temperature Adjustment (Up/Down Arrows): Adjusts brewing temperature in Custom mode.
- Brew Time Adjustment (Up/Down Arrows): Adjusts brewing time in Custom mode.
- Strength/Keep Warm: Cycles through brew strengths (Strong, Medium, Mild, Custom) or activates Keep Warm function.
- Tea/Cancel: Starts the brewing process or cancels the current operation.
5.2 Brewing Tea
- Add Water: Fill the glass kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not exceed the "MAX TEA 1.0L" line when brewing tea to prevent overflow.
- Add Tea Leaves: Open the tea infuser lid and add your desired amount of loose leaf tea. Close the infuser lid securely.
- Place Kettle: Ensure the kettle is properly seated on the electric control base.
- Select Tea Type: Press the "Tea Types" button repeatedly to select your desired tea type (Green, Herbal, White, Black, Oolong). The display will show the recommended temperature and brew time.
- Select Brew Strength: Press the "Strength/Keep Warm" button repeatedly to select your desired brew strength (Strong, Medium, Mild). This adjusts the brew time.
- Start Brewing: Press the "Tea/Cancel" button to begin the brewing process. The infuser will automatically lower into the water once the target temperature is reached.
- Infusion: The tea will steep for the selected duration. The infuser will automatically lift when brewing is complete.
- Serve: Carefully remove the kettle from the base and pour your freshly brewed tea.

5.3 Custom Brewing
For specific tea varieties or personal preferences, you can customize the temperature and brew time.
- Follow steps 1-3 from "5.2 Brewing Tea".
- Press the "Tea Types" button until "Custom" is selected.
- Use the "Up/Down" arrows next to "BREW TEMP" to set your desired temperature (105°F-212°F).
- Use the "Up/Down" arrows next to "BREW TIME" to set your desired brew time (30 seconds to 10 minutes).
- Press the "Tea/Cancel" button to start.

5.4 Hot Water Function
To simply boil water without tea infusion:
- Fill the glass kettle with water up to the "MAX WATER 1.7L" line.
- Ensure the tea infuser is empty or removed.
- Place the kettle on the base.
- Press the "Hot Water" button. The kettle will heat water to 212°F (100°C).
5.5 Delayed Start Function
Prepare your tea in advance to enjoy it at a specific time.
- Follow steps 1-3 from "5.2 Brewing Tea" (add water and tea).
- Set your desired tea type and brew strength.
- Long-press the "Delayed Start" button for 3 seconds.
- Use the "Up/Down" arrows to set the desired start time.
- Press "Tea/Cancel" to confirm. The appliance will start brewing at the set time.
5.6 Keep Warm Function
This function maintains the tea's temperature for 30 minutes after brewing.
- Before pressing "Tea/Cancel" to start brewing, press the "Strength/Keep Warm" button until "Keep Warm" is selected.
- Proceed with brewing as usual. After brewing, the kettle will maintain a temperature of 140°F (60°C) for 30 minutes.
6. Care and Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your tea maker.
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
