3. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the device's buttons and ports:

4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the voice recorder. Connect the device to a computer's USB port or a USB wall adapter (not included) using the provided Micro USB cable. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 32 hours of continuous recording.

4.2. Power On/Off

Slide the ON/OFF switch located on the side of the device to power it on or off.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Basic Recording

  1. Power on the device.
  2. Press the REC button to start recording. The screen will display the recording time.
  3. To save the recording, press the SAVE button. The recording will be stored in the device's memory.

5.2. Voice Activated Recording (VAR)

This feature allows the recorder to start recording automatically when sound is detected and pause when silence occurs. You can set voice decibel levels across 4 different sensitivities in the settings menu.

5.3. Playback

  1. From the main menu, navigate to 'Recordings' or 'Folder'.
  2. Select the desired file using the navigation buttons.
  3. Press the Play/Pause button to start playback.
  4. Adjust volume using VOL+ / VOL- buttons.

5.4. File Transfer and Management

Connect the recorder to your computer using the supplied Micro USB cable. The device will appear as a removable disk. You can then drag and drop files to transfer, delete, or rename them. The device is compatible with Windows PC, Mac, and Android phones (an additional OTG adapter may be required for Android phones, not included).

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.

  • Cannot transfer files to computer/phone: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected. Try a different USB port or cable. For Android phones, confirm the OTG adapter is functional and correctly connected.
  • Playback distortion: Check the audio file format. Ensure headphones or speakers are properly connected. Adjust volume levels.
